ER1455 is a two part chemically resistant epoxy resin which has been carefully formulated to withstand a wide range of harsh chemicals and solvents including fuels. The resin system does not contain any solvents or unreactive diluents and therefore is a 100% reactive system offering the highest level of protection even in the harshest of environments. It can be cured at ambient temperature or accelerated using heat.
It also exhibits good thermal resistance with a wide operating temperature range and offers good adhesion to a wide range of substrates.
It is an ideal choice for applications such as automotive sensors exposed to harsh fuel and oil.
